Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is data that can be used to identify a person or contact them. Lineup may request personal data from users when accessing the application. If this personal data is not provided, in many cases we will not be able to offer the requested products or services.

What personal data can be collected?

• The user may give their consent to share their location with Lineup.

Purpose of processing personal data

Lineup may use the personal data collected to:

Collection and processing of non-personal data

Lineup will also collect data in a way that, by itself, cannot be directly associated with a specific person. This non-personal data can be collected, processed, transferred and published for any purpose. Here are some examples of the types of non-personal data that Lineup may collect and the purposes for which it is processed:

• Data such as language, unique device identifier, etc. to better understand our users' behavior and improve our products, services and advertising.
• Data on how certain services are used, including search queries. This information can be used to increase the relevance of the results provided by the services offered.
• Data on how your device and applications are used to help developers improve those applications.

If we combine non-personal data with personal data, the combined data will be treated as personal data as long as they remain combined.

Occasionally Lineup may provide certain personal data to strategic partners who work with us to provide products and services or help us with our marketing activities. Data will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Lineup may disclose personal data as required by law, in the context of a legal process or at the request of a public authority, both inside and outside your country of residence. Lineup will ensure the protection of personal data through encryption during transit and, for data hosted in facilities, with physical security measures. When using certain products, services or applications or when posting opinions on forums, chat rooms or social networks, the content and personal data you share will be visible to other users, who will be able to read, compile or use it. You will be responsible for the personal data that you distribute or provide in these cases.

Integrity and retention of personal data

Lineup will ensure the accuracy and quality of personal data, which will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless the law requires it to be retained for a longer period.

Access to personal data

Regarding the personal data we retain, Lineup offers you access to it for any purpose, including requests for rectification if it is incorrect or deletion if we are not required to retain it by legal imperative or for legitimate business reasons. We reserve the right not to process requests that are improper or abusive, that put the privacy of third parties at risk, that are unfeasible or for which local legislation does not require a right of access. Children and education

Lineup is aware of the need to establish additional precautions to preserve the privacy and security of minors who use the applications and require consent from their parents if they do not meet the minimum age required by law (in Spain, 14 years). If personal data from a child under 14 years of age has been collected without the necessary consent, that information must be deleted as soon as possible.

Location services

To provide location services, Lineup may collect, use and share accurate location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Unless you give us your consent, this location data is collected anonymously so that it cannot be used to personally identify you, and is used to provide and improve your location products and services.

Third-party websites and services

Applications may contain links to third-party websites, products and services. They may also use or offer third-party products or services. The collection of data by third parties, including data on geographic locations or contact data, will be governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend that you consult the privacy policies of those third parties.
